We will not make use of any of your business data that you store at Kreato CRM such as leads, Contacts, Accounts, documents or your crm transactions data for any purpose other than fulfilling the functions requested by you.

We reserve the right to use the name and/or logo of the company you work for in publicity material, advertising or marketing collateral, unless you specifically tell us otherwise. Your name, email address and all other personal information will remain confidential at all times.

Data Storage

We store your data that you maintain at Kreato CRM including your account details, documents or any other details on your crm transactions on the servers of Microsoft Azure – Our Cloud Infrastructure provider. These servers are located in Singapore and other countries. You agree to allow us to store your data outside of your country.

We consistently backup your CRM data on a Geo-redundant backup system supported by Microsoft Azure to prevent loss of data due to errors or system failures

Data Security

We provide dedicated database for each customer’s data that ensures absolute data segregation. Also our databases can only be accessed directly from our server. All data connections to Kreato CRM server is secured by using industry standard SSL encryption. So nobody can listen on your communications with our servers. Sharing Your Data

Kreato may share your personal information and contents of your user account to the local law enforcement authorities when any need arises to comply with the law enforced. We may also disclose your personal information and contents of your user account to the local law enforcement authorities in the case of legal process, enforceable government request, investigation, fraudulent or illegal activity on the site, violation of terms of use, and situations involving protecting the safety of our users, employees, or the general public.

Cookies

Kreato make use of cookies to enhance your experience with Kreato CRM. A cookie is information that is sent to your browser from the web server and stored on your computer. If you turn-off cookies, then you will not be able to use all the section of Kreato CRM.

Public Forums and Blogs

Kreato hosts and maintains discussion forums or blogs for our users and the general public. We provide our users with the capacity to post entries in our blogs and forums.
